The RemotEye 4 flash memory is limited, thus prohibiting the retention of data spanning one year. However, this can be circumvented with an external tool, "Save Log Utility." To utilize this tool, download the application and program it to extract daily history logs in CSV format from the RemotEye 4 and store them on the host device.
