Are you not getting SNMP Traps from RemotEye 4?

SNMP polling uses port 161, and SNMP traps use port 162, so it could be that the network is blocking 162.
Another thing to check is that you have entered the IP address of the SNMP server into RemotEye 4 “SNMP TRAP Receivers” table.
