Make sure the device is connected to a network with internet.
Toshiba Monitoring System uses MQTT protocol.
This means that port 8883 needs to be open for outbound for the device to send data to TMS.
TMS is hosted on AWS, so the endpoint will be at iot.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
On the RemotEye, make sure the Key and CA have been installed and the status shows connected.
