How to create dashboards and widgets

Dashboards enable the visualization of data sent by connected devices, providing information about their operation and resulting in actionable insights.

1) To make a dashboard, click Dashboards on sidebar.

2) Click Create Dashboard at the top right corner, then name it and click create.

Widgets enable the ability to format the data in an easily understandable format.

1) To make a widget, click Create at the top right corner after selecting the dashboard you want to add a widget in, then Create New Visualization option.

2) Select a Chart Type (e.g., Time Series, Pie, Bar, etc.)

3) Set Data Source to Object

4) Choose the object type of your battery cabinet, ESS 125VDC, ESS 288VDC, ESS 480VDC, or RemotEye for UPS.

5) Under Object, choose the device you want to show data on

6) Choose the Object Attribute(s) (e.g., Load Status, Battery Capacity %, etc.)

7) Select the widget size under Grid Width

8) Give the widget a Title and Description

9) Click Save
