What is the "Service Ticket Management" page?

The "Service Ticket Management" page allows for keeping track of all the fault events that have occurred on the device. Each fault event will add a "Ticket" object to the page. For example, if a fault event, "Fuse Open," happens on the device, TMS will create a ticket for the event for you to keep track of until it is replaced. Once it is replaced, you can change the status to close. 

Note: Typically, fault events need technician intervention to restore the device to normal operation.
